Over 40% of all young women still say they have experienced gender-specific discrimination in the workplace. In order to bring this number down, AJB Zurich has launched an innovation project called "Pack of Lionesses", which is intended to prepare young women for entering the workforce and at the same time strengthen their self-confidence with various challenges. For this purpose, a mentoring programme was launched, to which 15 women can apply via the platform developed by Studio Nobu.
One of the biggest goals of the AJB is to promote equal career opportunities and to establish an image of women that is far removed from stereotypical role models. Still not enough has been done in female empowerment, which is why community building and interaction between young women and mentors in leadership positions is now possible in the canton of Zurich thanks to "Pack of Lionesses".
4 workshops to promote self-confidence with topics such as "having role models", "body language and self-confident appearance", "successful job interviews", "networking and personal branding" are on the agenda. In keeping with the empowerment theme, Studio Nobu has created a strong branding with illustrative statements.
