Sustainable consumption has led to a trend reversal in the fashion industry and inspires new goals for tomorrow's retail every day. In order to educate its employees on the topic of sustainability, we were able to create a digital knowledge platform together with the H&M sustainability team.
The platform is designed to display a variety of content types. In addition to informative articles on the topic of sustainability, there are also practical tips and tricks on laundry, recycling, DIY and saving energy.
For the initial activation, a two-week competition was held, for which employees could qualify by taking part in a yes-no quiz. Based on the data obtained, it was also possible to see which stores had already been reached by the activation and where there was still a need to catch up. In the end, this led to a much greater reach than previous analogue measures.
